今日はイングリッシュコッカースパニエルのアッシュが
天使になって二年になります。
そのタイミングかどうかわかりませんが、
私のうつ病がぶり返してしまいました。
今年はゆっくりしようと心に決めていたのに、
また無理をしてしまい、
前兆もあったのに、大丈夫だと、
また無理をして、
結局身体が悲鳴を上げて動けなくなりました。
ちょっと、しばらくゆっくりします。
アッシュもゆっくりしてるだろうし。。。。
このチャンネルはターラとベアの、”もうちょいでシニア”のオカンが認知症予防として動画編集を始め、その作品をまとめたものです。

Today is the 2nd anniversary of my beloved English Springer spaniel, Ash becoming an angel.
I don’t know if it has got anything to do with it but my depression has returned recently.
I had decided to take it easy this year but I must have over-done it a bit again.
I had noticed the signs but I didn’t think it would come to this bad,
in the end, my body cried out and made me stop.
I will take it easy now.
I am sure Ash is taking it easy, too…….
