  1. Australian Cattle Dogs are so obsessive-compulsive if they become ball obsessive they will carry the ball all the time if you don't stop them they will carry and chew it until their teeth rot and fall out lol. The Australian cattle dog is Russell Crowe's favourite dog he has quite a few. We had one as a kid he had a dark spot around his eye his name was Popeye, lol. They are very tough and strong dogs they also run on the back of cattle. Ours was very lazy we got lucky I guess he just wanted to play ball then sleep, they do have a very unique look and personality. Great Job again buddy!

  2. I got the best Bleu ..Bleu.. told a horse are horse wagler to act accordingly..lol like went off on wagler.. I'm like "boy what.". that when I saw Mr wagler trying to get of his lines.. every day this dude cracks me up funny.. wity clowns sound . smart ..I fly RC airplanes he has so much fun "fake bitting "them .. love to play base ball ..gets me out on first bounce..always.. and well he's a bed bug at nite.. awesome awesome boy… Oh and don't say squirrel"" when Mom looks out the window and said that Damm squirrel .. Bleu jumps up runs over his brother pus pus.. (kitty.) From a dead sleep.. to stop to make sure he didn't hurt cubby.. and told that bad old squirrel to get bent ..lol thoughtful Bleu bestboy buddyboy pup pup..ever ty4sharing!!

  3. I have owned a purebred blue heeler and a mix with corgi and bluetic hound. Both were great dogs. Neither was totally happy around kids. They are funny, happy and always up for fun. Now I have a Franklin's cur adopted from shelter. Also great dog with huge separation anxiety. I would have another cattle dog someday.

  4. My beautiful red heeler Heidi is the most intelligent and easy going dog I've ever had. She's so affectionate and loves to be loved on. She did get in trouble for chewing up shoes when she was a pup, but learned quickly that shoes and furniture were off limit. She even taught our new puppy the "no chewing shoes rule," without me having to teach him. 😊❤

  5. I have owned one for the past twelve years…he is still going strong, is smart as hell, devoted, and the most loving dog I have ever owned…just be prepared to give everything to this dog because they give it all to it’s owner…don’t get one if you are not prepared to keep him active, a lot of love and attention, they are very tough but are Velcro dogs and will follow you where ever you go, their feelings can get hurt very easy even though they are independent as hell….

  6. They are extremely intelligent and they really must be active…I always take him out everyday for a walk to long walks in the woods…they also love water, and are fearless…they are called Velcro dogs because the will follow you around the house…so an owner needs to be aware of that because that could be annoying to some people…

  7. So my baby boy hank is a red heeler is so cute and amazing he is always protecting us he is wrong my dog has never hurt me and we even trained him to be a hunting dog

  8. Love my red heeler. He's retired from herding cattle due to a leg and hip injury. He now spends his days relaxing in my sunroom and going with me to spend weekends at the cabin. Best breed ever! 🐕❤🐕❤🐕

  9. I own my second red cattle, great all round dog. As long as they get there basic requirements. Best mate for life. I'll be getting a 3rd. I adore them.

  10. Have two. Male and female. Jack is 10 and very laid back as gotten older. Cat magnet!
Gracie is 7 as is the Alpha everything! Very protective of Jean especially!
Both great with all the cats and other dogs. Gracie just sets rules!
    Very intelligent and faithful.
Gracie was a notorious nipper when younger….be prepared!

  11. I have a 10 month old red heeler I love him so much he's very smart and loyal I have a huge back yard and we go to the dog park every weekend so far he's good with my inside kitten and also other dogs😍

  12. You covered this very well. I've quite a bit of experience with these dogs. The strange thing is that my current one is an apartment dog. She just needs a job and a couple of walks.
