    【頑張れ！】お母さんゲンキにタジタジのお父さんモモタロウ。撮影日2022.12.25【京都市動物園、ニシゴリラの家族】

    モモタロウファミリーの朝のゴリラ舎屋内よりはじまります。キンタロウが最近嵌っている、消防ホースにダイビングを連発していました映像はほんの一部です。
    朝食にグラウンドに出勤、お父さんモモタロウはソルゴーが一番のお気に入り？
    ソルゴーは、ゲンタロウもキンタロウも大好き。
    食事が落ち着き、お部屋の清掃が終わると屋内に戻ります。
    ゲンタロウは時々飼育員さんとお話（笑）
    午後は、お昼ごはん（映像はありません）とおやつの時間にグラウンドに出て来ます。
    そしてこの日もお父さんモモタロウとお母さんゲンキが接近しますが、それだけです。

    2010年に京都市動物園に来ました。

    ゲンキ（お母さん)
    1986年6月24日生
    京都生まれ、いろいろなことがあり、京都に帰って来ました。

    ゲンタロウ（長男)
    2011年12月21日生
    モモタロウとゲンキのはじめての子ども
    表情が人と一緒と感じる優しいお兄さん。
    最近、弟（キンタロウと）仲良く遊んでいます。

    2018年12月19日生
    アイドル的な存在の子どもゴリラ
    見た目とのギャップの気の強さと賢い赤ちゃん！

      Genki is definitely and openly inviting Momotaro to "play" and for some reason he does not wan to "play"! For some reason I would have thought that Momotaro would have been happy about this invitation! LOL! Maybe Momo thinks there already enough rowdy kids around the enclosure!

      The neglect of this room just gets worse & worse. About 6 months ago I posted and asked for others to back me up by sending emails to the zoo officials about them keeping their enclosure at least somewhat sanitary. It was very disappointing to learn out of the several thousand people that watch this channel only one other person had my back. Pitiful.

      I really thought we were going to see the return of the Genki dance in the last 3 days put her estrus cycle by the 28th is just about gone. She really wants to be ready but her hormones just aren’t back to 100%. Check back with me January 26th and we will see how Genki is doing. When Genki’s hormones are at peak levels< she is more of a freak than Nene and that’s saying an awful lot. Hopefully will see the return of the Genki dance by spring.

      Genki shows stress a lot she needs a nice loft that she can lay on instead of hard beams or I wish she had one

      Alors papa momotaro tu ne veux plus de maman genki tu ne sais pas ceux que tu rates mon petit vieux cette chère créature t'a donner de beaux fiston et dehors les femmes coûtent chère a moins que tu fasse un tour dans une immense forêt mais il ya plein de piège à toi de choisir mais laisse kintaro tranquille monsieur le géant on t'aime quand même

      13:29, 14:05 Momotaro! What are you doing? 🤣 We discussed this already. You're running in the wrong direction. Ms. Genki needs to spice things up. Light some candles. Dim the gorilla house lights. Make a hay bed surrounded by rose petals. Momotaro loves lemon grass. Genki needs to make a lemon 🌿 grass hula mini skirt with some carrot embellishments. Maybe that'll do it for him 🤣.

      I see a lot of comments in various videos that are disparaging to or about Genki. I’m tired of it. There are those that say “She’s greedy.” “She doesn’t have good hygiene (??). “Get rid of Genki, she’s too old! Get Momo a young female!” Etc. Genki has had a traumatic life in captivity. Maybe it will help people be more empathetic once they watch her personal history video. Remember she’s had two healthy sons in Momo’s lineage.

      The antics of these two when its "baby making" time. So hilarious! I have NEVER seen a Silverback run from his woman as fast as Momo does. What is he scared of? He knows what to do…My goodness 😂
