Welcome to Animal Digest (Dog Breed Comparison).
Wire Fox Terriers and Lakeland Terriers share similar physical features, they both have beautiful bearded faces, semi-floppy ears, and a sturdy physique. Both breeds also come with similar traits due to their fox-hunting history. However, there are small differences between the two, which we covered in this video “Wire Fox Terrier vs the Lakeland Terrier”.

  1. I have my terrier mix, a mogrel which I saved from trash as one month old puppy and I do not give a damn about pedigree .She is my best friend and along with two cats with four humans make my family complete.

  2. My Fox Terrier is my best friend. He's literally my therapeut in the way that he completely understands me. There have been times where I was extremely enraged and he literally jumped in my lap, put a paw on my chest and looked me deep in the eyes and his face expressed deep love and compassion. I ended up hugging him and cried a couple of tears into his fur. He always just wants the best for me. He is not my servant, or toy. He is my soulmate. When we first met it was love at first sight. The breeder was surprised the dog came to me. He had a previous owner who gave him back and hence was distrustful of men. I got on my hands and knees and he jumped on my back and stood there for a few seconds (his test on me?^^) He then jumped down and brought me all of his toys, as if to say. "You are the one, because you are crazy and silly, hooman. I'm ready to go with you.^^ I love him so much.

  3. Bro, some of those lakeland terriers look like my airedale, just not as big, they have the same tan and black appearance as him. The only difference is there is not as much black. 7:29 really looks like my dog.

  4. I raised Wire Fox Terriers-great dogs in all areas. they are sight hunters, always looking for vermin. My Fox would sit on a chair in are pool patio and just stair through the screen. With in a flash, she would dive off the chair, run through the doggy door and attack a snake. I couldn't see one but she sees everything. Some were poisonous but she got them all without a scratch. May be because she had free run of the large back yard, she was always healthy. She lived to age 17 and had non of the problems some get as they grow old.

  5. Your Smooth Fox Terrier picture looks like a Russell Terrier. You also use Airedale Terrier videos instead of Lakeland Terrier videos. Pay close attention to the the grooming.
