I'm checking out Standard Schnauzers as a possible family dog. I thought I wanted a German wire-haired pointer, but I kept looking. I must say the Giant Schnauzer is intriguing as is the Newfoundland, but I think I might have found the best compromise for our house. Thanks for sharing the videos and adventures.
Hello, again. Watching your videos from Russia. Its rough times and its even more rough for me. Im currently in a divorcing and me and my wife had a wonderfull rottweiler. Through out my whole life I had a dogcat to accompany me. Lastly I had Brussel griffon and, well, rottweiler. Unfortunatly, It stays with her and now I don't have my own soulmate nor love. Im epmty and I think such wonderfull dog as Schnauzer can become a good companion for me. So, can you answer me a few questions? Are they really that stubborn to train? How often do you need to shave them? And will it be ok if I let myself shave fringe of shnauzer? I like to see the eyes of the dog. Its just easier to communicate if you see eyes and not hair. I think even dog will be more happy to see whole world around it.

Really good work on the videos, I am not sure if I asked this already, so if I have apologies . But have you got any training tip videos ? What would you do differently if you went through this again, if anything? Atticus is a beautiful dog !
I’d love to know more about their temperament, especially with strangers and other dogs – have you had or heard of many guarding behaviour or aggression issues in the breed? How does Atticus do with meeting unfamiliar dogs? Thanks
We have a 14 weeks old Standard Schaunzer puppy and please post videos to help us train our dog like Atticus. Thank you. It is so cool to see Atticus like a dream dog.
I've had 3 minis. 2 females and we currently have a male. He's definitely more active than my females were. When he crosses over the rainbow, my next schnauzer dog will be a standard 🥰
