  1. I’ve got the most amazing black cat (ok technically he’s not ALL black cause he has a cute little white moustache but still) and he’s the sweetest little baby boy ever and the first cat I ever fell in love with was my friends black cat simply called blacky and he’s a chunky, sweet old boy and I love him. I’ve never had a bad experience with a black cat, except the times I have to take my cat to the vet because my cat is terrified of the car. But I honestly don’t know what I would do without him in my life.

  2. I have a black cat, and I do know that even though it is not always on his terms, he allows me to cuddle him till he has had enough and I didn't know about the rust colour fact for black cats.

  3. Our first pet was a black cat 🐈‍⬛️ and his name was Shadow, and he was funny and a great friend to our dog all the time until the day he died at 16 😢 we never stopped loving him

  4. I'm the proud owner of the most beautiful, handsome, elegant black male cat one can imagine. He loves to go outdoors but I don't let him leave without his tracker. He's sensitive, social and cuddly, cries and runs after me if I walk too far away from him. If I want to exercise outdoors he needs to be at home indoors, where he's safe and can feel my scent everywhere. He looks like a small panter, but inside he's a baby. He's totally adorable.

  5. My black cat, Espresso, was born on a farm and exposed to danger. I probably saved his life by adopting him because the woman that was selling him said that there was another lady messaging her about him asking weird questions, such as “How much white fur does he have?” and strange things like that. I adopted him during October and usually in that time of year some people will buy black cats to sacrifice them as some sort of ritual. Espresso turns three in a few weeks, and I wouldn’t trade him for the world. I can’t believe that some people think that black cats are ugly/unphotogenic.

  6. I love my little house panther.
A friend had one named Satan. He lived in an apartment where there were several possibly Jamaican families. One young boy was walking by their apt when the door was open and saw the cat. He asked his name and when he told them his eyes grew large and he ran away. They later changed his name to Satin. He was a sweet boy and that name suited him better anyway.

  7. I got mine from a animal rescue he is totally Awesome. Loving, very playful respectful and i wouldn't give him up. He's my Bomay Black Baby. Yellow, green eyes.
