      2:44 Please do NOT cut off the dog's whiskers. These may be unsightly to humans BUT these hairs are key parts of their body for interacting with their environment, protecting themselves, and even communicating with other dogs❤

      🐕Dog whiskers are important for the following reasons.
      (1)Navigation: To help them move throuh their environment.

      (2) Relaying environmental data: Whiskers help dogs understand what is around them so that they can determine how to respond and deal with it.

      (3) Spatial awareness: This is the key to helping dogs understand their own size in relation to the things around him. They can also feel air currents and understand wind directions.

      (4) Protection: Whiskers act as sensory buffers and important for the dogs to avoid tree branches or “dangerous” things in their environment. Since they can feel air currents, this way they can figure out the size of nearby or incoming objects.

      There arae whiskers around the top and outside outside edge of the eyes. These should NOT be cut either as they'reresponsible for making sure dogs don’t injure his eye or snout as they explores the environment.

      Cutting your dog’s whiskers will be like putting blinders on their eyes or ear plugs in their ears. Be mindful please🐕
