      My kitty was at the shelter for eight years, a semi feral kitty that was overlooked. It took a month to adjust and I often questioned if I was the right fit for him. Now he won’t leave my side and I feel like we finally bonded after a rough start.

      In our country there are no shelters,I mean most of the cats and dogs have no shelter, they are stray animals,they don't get food everyday, nobody likes them. But they are free ,they roam everywhere,they don't have to wait for someone who will adopt them.

      He is such a good boy and handsome too. I have cats, one that adopted me and one that I adopted from a rescue. Both are my world and I make sure they both know everyday that they are wanted, needed and loved. I believe thwy are happy. They are my indoor cats, I am limited by a lease how many cats I can have, but I have 9 neighborhood cats that come around 2-3 times a day for food, water and attention and when the weather is severe, I provide them shelter in the shed with a space heater and they seem so grateful. There's 2 that want to cuddle and get pets and they pur loudly. I would love to bring them inside and make their lives comfortable and happy but I can't risk eviction but I still do what I can for all of them. I hope the 2 of you have a very long and happy life together ❤.
