Many years ago I had a dog, Samantha. She was 1/2 Airdale and half-German shepherd. She was a marvelous dog. We were blessed with 14 years together. A friend of mine told me that she was so ugly, she was cute. She looked more like a German Shepherd, but she had those longer curly airdale face and paw hair. She was extremely protective of my son. She once chased off a great dane coming near us. I miss my Sammy. Great, I'm crying again 😭
