okay guys so I need some tips in my two cats that I’ve introduced you in all my other videos that I placed on here um they’re about 6 weeks old right now and I’ve been hand feeding them with a syringe and I I just I want tips on how to convert them to eating like normal cats like with on their own because no matter what I do they don’t seem to want to start eating on their own and uh at what point should they start eating on their own anyone have any good ideas for me

  1. Most kittens are weaned at 8 weeks old. You can start by mixing some of their formula with wet kitten food, and by some I mean more formula than kitten food to start. There are probably a lot of good videos on here that will help you with the process.
    Just keep in mind that solid food is going to have a weird flavour and texture for them to begin with, and if they've never seen an adult cat eating food they probably won't recognize the food as food at first. They will smell the formula in the kitten food though, and that should help them recognize the food as food.
