River is a Border Collie/German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees and Ryder is an Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie/Golden Retriever. Both are rescue pups that were found on the side of the road in Southern Humboldt County. The main reason we like cow dog mixes is their ability to go all day mountain biking, hiking, or whatever else we are doing out doors. Both dogs live for riding and love every minute of it.
