  1. Hey Kitty,
Pretty soon a Griffon Belge puppy will be moving in with us.
I was researching grooming and found your videos of Fred. I watched all of them an they were extremely helpful! Thank you!
When should I start with stripping with the puppy? He will be 16 weeks old when we get him so he'll still have his puppy coat. But I would like to have him in a rolling coat as soon as possible and don't want to miss the right moment to start. Do you have advice on Griffon puppies?

  2. You teach so well! Been trying to "roll" my dog's coat and I'm doing okay on my pup's jacket, but this is my 1st time to see an instructor roll the legs/furnishings. Although my dog is a mini-schnauzer, I can try rolling her legs (with patience) and see if her natural black fur will come out. For now, it has turned reddish brown- basically old dry, brittle hair, as never attempted to strip her legs. I can only try… and if doesn't work out, she will be fine in 3 months!

  3. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos on stripping Fred. My Grizzabella has cropped ears. Do you have a video or can you give guidance on shaving them and blending the line? Grizza is 7 mos. and we will go to her second weekend of shows soon. Thanks again!

  5. Mooie gedaan Kitty!
The whole series has given me a lot of tips to establish a rolling coat on my (show) Irish Wolfhound. As you can imagine he's a lot of dog to groom and I felt that surely there was a better way than spending 6+ hours hand stripping before each show! Now I am going to start using the approach of a rolling coat to keep him as show ready as possible, all the time. I'm hoping it'll help make the preparations for Crufts (2022) easier! I saw that my grooming box is missing some crucial bits of kit, so I'll place a new order at Transgroom soon 😉

  6. Thank you for your detailed videos. It was very enlightening. How long has this rolling coat, grooming technique been used? In the US, I had a broken coat Jack Russell from 1983 to early 2000 and I never knew this technique existed. Thank you.

  7. Hello Kitty 🤗, Would you please list all the tools (brand names & tool sizes) you used to achieve this look so that I may order them from the Transgroom catalog? Thank you so much!
