His nose gets is the way of his sight line. That beautiful nose changes his perspective and he doesn't see them all coming. Scotties have better side than direct front vision. His game might not be catch. It might be search since Scotties are known hunting prey like badgers in hole. He still seems to make an excellent vacuum cleaner though. Maybe that's his favorite game.
Rorys young, my scotties, it's their nose. The nose is long it throws their concept off. Have Rory focus. Tell him Rory watch it. Show him the food it helps him spot it. Then toss it to him. I did this when I played catch a with a ball for me girls. Love to Rory & Ruby Sally USA
I have a Scottish terrier and a tip to make them even cuter is don't give them the cut that most Scotty's have, now you don't have to it's just a tip but keep it in mind
It's the eyebrows, plus they're masters when it comes to food. My older one never caught anything and the younger one watched the ground to grab anything before it touches the floor
