  1. …not sure if its a thing but most cats i have looked after or encounter Love to get squished..(??) Squish their little faces, or squish their body into my body oooorrr squish their little heads into where they sleep.
Its weird. They seem to have a catgasm.

  2. Most people pet mindlessly and cats hate that. They especially dont like the common head stroke, and most people do it too hard so, just watch the cats head, to them it feels like you're smacking their head.

  3. Wrong. First off, every cat my family ever had hated being petted on the lower back (real hate, they'd rather you petted their ass, and we all know that cats don't much like that). And cats can reach every part of their body, easy to see when you watch them wash.
But the ears and to a lower extent the chin are good places to start.

  4. I literally went to my aunts house to hang out. Turns out she got a new cat. Say down for a little bit then the cat jumped up on me and literally hugged me. I didn't even pat him or do anything and he was loving me more than most dogs

  5. More like touch them everywhere, i like how YouTubers always manage to create useless videos, it is actually a skill, a pathetic one but still, a skill 😂

  6. I've known many cats in my life. None ever seemed to enjoy belly rubs for more than one stroke. No matter how gentle. After that they were in combat mode!

  7. I have a cat that won't sleep if I don't have my hand over his tail. It is hilarious. If I move my hand, he will start to bite me.

  8. I figured this out recently with my dad’s cat. Every so often she’ll loaf in front of me and start purring to tell me she wants ear and chin pets 🥰

  9. Very few cats will allow anyone to
pet stomachs. Try it and you might get scratched, or bunny kicked. Butt is also a no-no area, yes it is a sensitive area and may be so sensitive it will cause overstimulation and another scratch. Stick to under chin, sides of face and behind year.

  10. Petting… – no wait :☝️🧐
'Trying' to pet the area where the Tail emerges from the front part of the Cat-Beast of this one particular She-Cat that had me assigned to see to it's care-taking, a few years ago, would have led to an unimaginably disturbing display of Horror and Gore and Arterial Bleedings and whatnot – inevitably leading to the death of whoever would have been stupid or ignorant enough to try the aforementioned petting…

She passed away a while back, tho…

    I miss her. 😞
