This tiny basset hound puppy had been colored on with markers 😭

@theasherhouse_ told us what it was like to give this baby her first bath after being rescued. And introduce her to his pack!

my heart completely melted when I saw her she looked so tired the little kids would color on her I hope it’s not a permanent marker but she has some like coloring I had just picked her up after she’d been abandoned by her family it’s okay I could tell she was really nervous but she stopped crying as soon as I put her on my lap come on let’s get you cleaned up I gave her a bath as soon as we got home I wanted the warm water to help her feel more comfortable and safe don’t over you’re looking much better now she was still crying a little bit so we took a nap together cuddles definitely seemed to do the trick cuz after a little bit she was feeling so much better see she not so bad I could finally introduce poppy to the rest of the pack and she fit right in it just brought me so much joy to see how happy she finally was she’s living the life that she actually deserves
